WHY IS MY DECAL SMALLER THAN WHAT I ORDERED?
As noted in the product description, we may make slight size adjustments to avoid your decal appearing odd or stretched. We do not offer refunds due to these adjustments. Please contact us prior to placing your order to ensure that you get the appropriate size prior to ordering the decal.

All items provided by Crafty Belle's Corner are personalized, therefore we do not accept returns. We will be happy to replace any items that arrive with incorrect information due to our error.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped within 5 business days. All orders are shipped with tracking, which you will receive via email. Shipping may be delayed if we have questions about your order or need to contact you to make adjustments to ensure your decal is awesome.
WHAT ARE DECALS?
Decals are the perfect way decorate any room, personalize signs and clothing/fabric. We offer permanent decals, removable decals and heat transfer decals (HTV).
Permanent and removable vinyl can be applied to any smooth and flat non-porous surfaces. All of our decals are offered in a variety of sizes and colors.
Heat transfer vinyl can be applied to a variety fabrics. Please see our tutorial page on the appropriate heat settings for your fabric type.
HOW TO PREPARE MY SURFACE BEFORE APPLYING MY DECAL?
When applying removable decals to walls, clean the surface with a tiny amount of dish soap, wipe clean and allow to completely dry.
When applying permanent decals to drinkware and other non-porous surfaces, clean the area completely with rubbing alcohol and allow time to completely dry before applying your permanent decal.
When applying heat transfer decals to fabric surface, please refer our tutorial page on the appropriate settings when using an iron. ALWAYS prep your fabric by ironing your fabric to get the moisture out, before applying your decal. As irons may heat differently, start closer to the lower setting based on your fabric. ALWAYS cover your decal with the provided parchment paper to prevent your fabric and decal from burning.
THERE ARE BUBBLES IN MY DECAL.
Small bubbles in decals are very common but will go away in time. As decal breathes, it will flatten out after a few weeks depending on the temperature in the space- warmer = better. To remove the bubbles immediately, you may apply moderate heat with a hair dryer, then poke the bubbles with a pin, then pressing the film down with your finger.
CAN I REUSE MY DECALS?
Removable decals can be easily removed from surfaces but cannot be reused.
Permanent decals are very difficult to remove from surfaces once they are applied and allowed time to cure to the surface. You should not apply permanent decals to surfaces you intend to reuse.
Heat Transfer decals cannot be removed once you have ironed it to your fabric.
LAYERING MY DECAL
Decals ordered in multiple colors or that are large may arrive in separate pieces. This requires you to piece your design together. Please refer to our tutorial on laying decals on how to do this. We suggest looking back to the decal you ordered on where to place the decal pieces.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Permanent decals applied to drinkware should not be placed in the dishwasher or soaked. The are also not microwave safe. With proper care, your decal will not come off.
Permanent vinyl applied to glass and other smooth surfaces can be cleaning with a cloth and dish liquid, rubbing gently.
Removable vinyl can be gently cleaned water and a tiny bit of dish liquid.
Once you have properly applied your heat transfer decal to your fabric, it is important to wash it properly to avoid it coming off.

Let your vinyl sit without washing for at least 24 hours. HTV needs time to cure

Do not dry clean.

Wash and dry garments inside out.

Choose cold or warm water temperature settings for the wash.

Use mild detergent.

Dry on a low/tumble setting or hang dry.

Do not iron directly on a heat transfer design.
CAN I GET MY DECAL IN A DIFFERENT VINYL TYPE?
Absolutely. If you would like a decal in a different type than what is listed, simply note this in your order and ensure you choose a color from the decal type you prefer. For example, if you would like a permanent decal design made with removable vinyl, note this in the personalization notes section and choose a color from the removable vinyl chart. ABOUT OUR POLYESTER GLITTER
Our polyester glitter is UV resistant and resistant to most solvents. They are able to withstand temperatures up to 350 degrees, lays flatter, and covers more surface area than regular craft glitter. Our glitter glistens under epoxy, other resins, mod podge and other sealers.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN POLYESTER GLITTER AND CRAFT GLITTER?
Polyester glitter is much more versatile than craft glitter. Polyester glitter easily mixes into epoxy and other solvents. With so many colors, they can create gorgeous crafts, and comes in lots of colors.. Polyester glitter sparkles more than craft glitter as it is much thinner. Polyester glitter is UV resistant, which does not dim over time when exposed to the sun, makign them perfect for ourdoor projects. Craft glitter works well for indoor use. Polyester glitter is also heat resistant up to 350 degrees, where most craft glitters are not.

Flatback pearls are perfect to embellish sneakers, wine glasses and just about anything you can think of. Using the appropriate glue, such as E6000 or Gem-tac. Our Flatback pearls are currently offered in two sizes and we are working to bring you more sizes.
